REFRESHING FRUIT DELIGHT
Makes 10 Servings
2 cups Apple juice
2 cups Seltzer water
1 tbsp. Lemon juice
1 cup Melon cubes
2 tbsp. Calorie Control Gelatin - Watermelon
Boil the apple juice. Remove from heat and stir in the 2 tablespoons of Calorie Control Watermelon Gelatin. Continue stirring slowly for about two minutes, or until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in cold seltzer water and lemon juice. Refrigerate about 1-1/2 hours or until thickened. Stir in melon cubes and then place in a gelatin mold that holds at least 6-cups. Refrigerate an additional 4 hours or until firm, unmold and garnish with thin melon slices.

You may use any of our great Calorie Control Gelatin flavors, we opted for the watermelon flavor because its light color allows you to see the fuit once it sets.
