DOUBLE BERRY SALAD
Makes 12 servings
2 cups water, divided
1 (6 1/2-ounce) can Calorie Control Cranberry Sauce Mix
3 tablespoons Calorie Control Gelatin - Raspberry
2 cups frozen raspberries
1/3 cup finely chopped celery
Stir 1 cup water into cranberry sauce mix in large saucepan. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils, stirring constantly. Stir remaining 1 cup water into raspberry flavor gelatin dessert mix; stir into cranberry sauce. Cool cranberry sauce for 15 minutes; stir in raspberries and celery and spoon into 4-cup mold. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight before unmolding onto serving plate.
