Is your website secure?

Yes, it is. At the bottom of our eDietShop homepage, click on the VeriSign Secure Site logo. Next, will be at the "Security and Privacy" page. If you click on the VeriSign logo on that page, you will be able to verify the security of our site.

How can I find all foods that are sugar-free and low-fat?

On our homepage, click on the Online Store for a listing all our departments. Click on the department of interest and you will go to the list of foods within that category. Click on a product and you will go to the detailed information page for that product. Several products are found in more than one department.

How can I place an order for a gift?

To have an order sent as a gift, please enter the recipients name and address in the "Ship To" information. In the "Comments" section, please enter what you would like to have printed on the card. We have cards for every occasion.

The shipping charges seem high.

We offer three levels of shipping. Choose Ground to have your order shipped at the lowest cost. 

We also offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.00.

By default we ship orders UPS Ground to save you money.

I am on a restricted diet and I need to know what ingredients are used. How can I find out what is in a certain product?

By clicking on a specific item, you will go the detailed information page for that item. You will find ingredients, nutritional information and diabetic exchanges (if applicable) for that particular product.

Yes we do. By following the steps listed above, at the bottom of the detailed information page, you will find the Net Carbs.

What is Sorbitol?

Sorbitol is a Sugar Alcohol. It is not a sugar but a reduced calorie sweetener. It is acceptable for use in diabetic diets as it does not raise blood glucose or insulin levels.
