Banana Smoothie

BANANA SMOOTHIE
 


1 cup Skim Milk
1 Medium banana
4-6 Ice cubes
2 Tbsp. Calorie Control Shake Mix - Vanilla

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Mix for 2-3 minutes at medium speed, or until all ice is chopped fine.

Per Serving: Calories 130, Fat 1.5g, Carbohydrate 24g, Protein 5g, Cholesterol 0g, Sodium 70mg, Fiber 2g.

Food Exchanges: 1/2 low-fat milk and 1 fruit
