Sans Sucre Gluten Free and Sugar Free Bakery Mixes use Enriched Rice Flour, making them 100% gluten free, and are sorbitol and Stevia sweetened. These bakery mixes enable individuals who cannot tolerate gluten and either need, or choose to reduce sugar in their diet to enjoy delicious cakes and brownie products without dietary complications. In addition, these bakery mixes contain no artificial ingredients. Bernard gluten free and sugar free cake and brownie mixes require only the addition of water and offer the full flavor, appearance, and texture of regular bakery mix products.
Sans Sucre is a registered Trademark name for our line of Stevia sweetened bakery mix products. We have three Stevia sweetened brownie mixes - Milk Chocolate, Chocolate Fudge, and Classic Blondie, as well as an Apple Cinnamon Coffee Cake Mix.
Stevia is a plant native to South America and has been used as a natural sweetener for hundreds of years. Stevia is up to 300 times sweeter than sugar.
Sans Sucre bakery products are primarily for retail, but due to high requests from foodservice clients, we are making them available to our institutional customers as well.
