Lo-Cal Banana Cream Pie


1 - 9 inch Low-fat graham cracker crust
1 - 8 oz. pkg. Non-fat cream cheese (softened)
3 packets Sweet 'N Low
2-1/2 cups No-fat Cool Whip
1 small pkgs Calorie Control Instant Pudding - Banana
3-4 Bananas
1 cup Skim Milk

Beat the non-fat cream cheese and Sweet 'N Low with mixer until fluffy. Add no-fat Cool Whip then spread on bottom of crust. Slice bananas and lay on top of cream cheese mixture. Mix banana cream pudding with skim milk until thick and smooth. Add the no-fat Cool Whip and fold in. Pour over bananas. Slice 1 to 2 more bananas and arrange on top of pudding mixture. Spread about 1-1/2 cups of Cool Whip on top of pie. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours or until firm.
