Raspberry-Peach Topping

RASPBERRY-PEACH TOPPING
Yield 4-1/2 cup servings


1/2 cup Chopped Fresh Peach (1 Medium)
1/2 cup Fresh Raspberries
1/2 cup Water
1/3 cup Bernard Golden Glaze Mix

Add Glaze Mix to water and mix for 5 minutes at medium or high speed with paddle-type mixing arm (or hand mix with French Whip). Gently fold in fruit until coated. Serve over Angel Food Cake or any diet cake.
