NUTMEG LOAF CAKE
Each loaf yields 10 slices
2 boxes Sweet N Low Banana Cake Mix
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
4 Tbsp. Almonds, finely chopped
1 1/4 cups Water
Combine Sweet’N Low® Sugar-Free Banana Cake Mix, nutmeg, and 2 Tbsp. Chopped almonds in mixing bowl. Add half the water and mix 3 minutes. Add balance of water and mix 1 minute. Sprinkle remaining 2 Tbsp. chopped almonds into bottoms of two 8”x4” loaf pans sprayed with shortening. Divide batter equally and gently pour on top of nuts. Bake at 375o for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool slightly and invert onto serving plate.
