Meg's Moist Brownies

5 tbsp. Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 cup Oat Bran
1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
3/4 cup Sucralose Granular
1/4 cup Instant Nonfat Powdered Milk
1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 cup
3 Egg Whites
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Combine flour, oat bran, cocoa, sweetener, powdered milk and baking soda in a large bowl, mix well. Stir in chocolate syrup, egg whites and vanilla extract. Coat a 8" x 8" pan with non-stick cooking spray. Spread batter evenly in pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes or just until edges are firm and center is almost set.
