High-Protein Chocolate Mousse

HIGH-PROTEIN CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
 


1 pkg. Sans Sucre Mousse Mix - Chocolate
1 cup Soy Milk
1 cup Cottage Cheese
2-3 tbsp. Soy Milk

Blend 1 cup cottage cheese and 2-3 tbsp. soy milk until smooth. Set aside. Mix mousse mix and soy milk per package directions. After whipping to the desired consistency, add in cottage cheese mixture and continue whipping. Spoon into dessert bowls and refrigerate for several hours.
