Cranberry - Strawberry Whip

CRANBERRY - STRAWBERRY WHIP
6 servings - about 1/2 cup each


1-1/2 tsp Calorie Control Gelatin - Cranberry
1 cup Lite Cranberry Juice Cocktail
1 cup Skim Milk (Very Cold)
1/2 cup Calorie Control Mousse Mix - Strawberry

Heat cranberry juice to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add Cranberry Gelatin Mix. Stir until dissolved. Refrigerate until set (at least 3 hours). In a quart or larger mixing bowl, combine skim milk and Strawberry Mousse Mix. Whip for 5 minutes on high speed. Add prepared Cranberry Gelatin to the prepared Strawberry Mousse. Whip on medium speed until blended (about 1 to 2 minutes). Spoon into serving dishes. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
