Chocolate Mousse Cake

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE CAKE
Makes 12 Servings


1 Package Bernard Sugar Free Pound Cake Mix
1 Envelope Sans Sucre Mousse Mix - Chocolate

Prepare Dietary Pound Cake Mix in a 9x5 loaf pan according to package directions. Refrigerate prepared cake for at least one hour. Prepare one (1) envelope of Sans Sucre Chocolate Mousse Mix according to package directions. Cut the pound cake in half horizontally. Spread a portion of the prepared mousse on the bottom layer of cake. Place the top layer of cake on top of the half you covered with mousse. (The Mousse is now between the two cake halves.)Spread the remaining mousse over the entire pound cake. Refrigerate for one (1) hour before serving.
