Orange Currant Scones

ORANGE CURRANT SCONES
Makes 12 servings


Nonstick cooking spray
3 cups Bernard Sugar Free Biscuit Mix
½ cup liquid egg substitute
½ cup Walden Farms Orange Marmalade
¼ cup currants or chopped raisins
1 tablespoon water

Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch cake pan with nonstick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl mix until thoroughly combined. Spread dough in prepared cake pan. Bake 10 to 14 minutes or until golden cut into 12 wedges.
