How can I find all foods that are sugar-free and low-fat?
On our homepage, click on the Online Store for a listing all our departments. Click on the department of interest and you will go to the list of foods within that category. Click on a product and you will go to the detailed information page for that product. Several products are found in more than one department.

How can I place an order for a gift?
To have an order sent as a gift, please enter the recipients name and address in the "Ship To" information. In the "Comments" section, please enter what you would like to have printed on the card. We have cards for every occasion.

What is Sorbitol?
Sorbitol is a Sugar Alcohol. It is not a sugar but a reduced calorie sweetener. It is acceptable for use in diabetic diets as it does not raise blood glucose or insulin levels.

How many packets come in a case of Sans Sucre sugar free low fat chocolate mousse mix<
A case of our Sans Sucre Mousse contains 12 boxes. Each box has 2 packets. Each packet makes 4 - 1/2 cup servings. The exception is our Key LimeMousse and Pie Filling...each packet makes 5 - 1/2 cup servings.

I've never tried your mousse mixes. How much milk do you add to the mix to make the mousse?
Add 3/4 cup (6 oz.) very cold skim milk and the contents of 1 packet of mix in a mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer and mix on low speed until blended. Slowly increase the mixer speed until the highest speed is reached, whipping for a total of 5 minutes. Pour into 4 dessert dishes and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.

Once the sauce or gravy mixes have been prepared, can they be frozen with the entree for a meal at a later time? I need to prepare multiple meals that are freezer ready. Will your products work?
